This technique allows you to better remember new words and concepts. It consists in the fact that you must repeat the material studied at regular intervals, and the further you go, the shorter the intervals. For example, if you learn new words, they should be repeated several times during one session, then repeated the next day. Then again after a few days and, finally, fix the material in a week. Here's how this process looks like on the graph:
One of the successful applications using this approach is duolingo. The program is able to keep track of what words you have learned and recalls their repetition after a certain time. At the same time, new lessons are built using the material already studied, so that the knowledge you have gained is fixed quite firmly.
Learn the language before bedtime
The mastering of a new language requires for the most part simple memorization of large amounts of information. Yes, it is desirable to understand the grammatical rules of their application, but mostly you will have to learn new words already, together with examples. For better memorization, do not miss the opportunity to repeat the material again before going to bed. American study confirmed that the storage before going to sleep is much stronger than in the classroom, held during the day.
Learn the content, not just the language
Teachers with more experience are well aware that the abstract study of a foreign language is a lot more difficult than in the case of its application for the development of an interesting material. This is also confirmed by scientists. For example, it has recently set up an experiment in which one group of participants studied the French language in the usual way, and the other instead taught one of the basic subjects in French. As a result, the second group experienced significant progress in hearing and translation. Therefore, try to always supplement your studies with the consumption of interesting content for you in the target language. It can be listening to podcasts, watching movies, reading books and so on.
All of us are constantly busy, and it's not so easy to allocate time for full-time studies. Therefore, very many are limited to 2-3 hours a week, specially allocated for a foreign language. However, it is much better to do though less time, but every day. Our brain has not such a large memory buffer. When we try to shove in him in one hour the maximum amount of information, then quickly overflows. Where it is more useful than small in duration, but frequent lessons. Just perfect for this fit special mobile applications that will allow you to engage in any free moment.
Mix the old and new
We are trying to quickly move forward in learning and get more new knowledge. However, this is not entirely correct. Much better things go forward when the new is mixed with the already familiar material. So we not only learn the fresh material more easily, but also consolidate the lessons learned. As a result, the process of mastering a foreign language is much faster.

Why is here no one more comment?? That is very bad :(
